Musical Chairs

Have you been to 15 Megs of Fame? I highly recommend it. Users can easily get exposed to new music and download it for cheap as free. It's also great for those of you that like to mix up your own tunes. All music on 15 is under Creative Commons licensing.
I'm still working on abandoning the traditional music industry. Sites like the aforementioned make it easier. The major labels have no monopoly on talent, just exposure. Each new artist I find helps me rotate out an overblown band of lesser talent but greater fame. It's refreshing to have an iPod stuffed with goodies no one else can recognize.
